I keep coming back to one idea:

People are not
problems to fix.

Who I am

I’m a writer, a software developer, and a librarian of things worth passing on. Occasionally, I preach about them too.

A little context

I spent most of my life trusting what I could analyse.

I have always been analytical, mathematically minded, and drawn to systems. That way of seeing the world led me to software. It also became the lens I used for almost everything else.

Writing, therapy, and life have been teaching me that feeling is also a way of knowing. I’m learning to make room for both: the mind that wants to understand and the part that feels before it can explain.

That tension sits underneath what I write, what I build, and what I choose to pass on.

For now

I’m building Gem and taking writing seriously again.

Writing, a product in progress, shorter fragments, and the more conventional professional record.
